Slow the Rush

Often we feel life is out of our control, but the truth is we have more control that we think.

It often comes down to what are you choosing?

Some things are beyond our control, but many things are a choice.

Are you making choices that contribute to the feeling of stress, overwhelm, busyness?

You can choose the opposite too. You can intentionally make choices that support you in feeling more at ease, more joyful, less rushed.

I truly believe you can change your life whenever you want to, you just have to make a different choice.

The clarity, courage, creativity and insight needed to make better choices resides in the quiet. It’s found in the stillness.

Sometimes you just have to slow down to figure it out.

We meet the 11th of every month.

This is your reminder to rest. Take one hour for yourself each month and join Danielle for a class intended to provide rest and rejuvenation.

  • Yoga Nidra is like a guided meditation - all you need to do is listen.

  • Connect with a community that values and supports taking time for yourself.

  • Each month learn a little about the value of the rest and relaxation. (It is essential to a healthy body, mind and spirit!) And then we'll practice.

  • The class is recorded and will be sent out within 24 hours.

  • The recording will be available to view for 1 week.

What you’ll need:

  • Be in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed

  • Can be done lying on a yoga mat, couch, bed, or seated up right - whatever is most comfortable for you!

  • Have a pillow, blankets, eye cover, etc.

  • Maybe light a candle, have a warm cup of tea, a favorite crystal - make it cozy and inviting

  • Optional: Journal + pen
